This Easy & Thick No-Cook Pizza Sauce takes less than 5 minutes to make. It's made with just a few pantry staples, and it's thick & full of flavor!
It's also healthier and tastier than the store bought kind, and it's vegan-friendly.
What makes it different from Marinara Sauce?
This Pizza Sauce has a richer flavor, and a thicker consistency than marinara sauce (which keeps your pizza from getting too soggy).
This pizza sauce works great on our homemade Perfect Thin Pizza Crust recipe!
Just slather a thick layer of it onto the pizza dough, top with your favorite toppings and bake!
How to make Easy & Thick Pizza Sauce
- Add all ingredients to a bowl.
- Whisk until well combined. That's it...easy peasy! 🙂
Storage
It does taste better the longer it sits, so I make this before I start making my pizza dough (or sometimes the day before).
Refrigerate: Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Freeze: I usually have leftovers from one batch, so I just freeze some in freezer bags, and lay them flat for easy storage.
To thaw, submerge the bag in a bowl of warm water for about 20-30 minutes.
Enjoy! 🙂
