- 1 Large Avocado (or 2 small)
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup yellow onion minced
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt (any %fat will work) (can use sour-cream)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- jalapeño pepper (½ for medium spice level, 1 whole for hot, or eliminate)
- Consistency: This has 1 cup of water to reach a consistency that is easy to drizzle over foods. If you want a thicker sauce just reduce water to ½ or ¾ cup.
